不用寄，三星跟踪已经登记。买好了不但当地的三星会打电话来，在北京的三星也打电话询问服务质量。

DLP产品的国内市场还处于起步阶段，产品品种单一，货源稀少，售后服务不配套。大大影响了DLP的形象，这都是商家造成的，对比北美市场，差得远了。
盼望06年五一节后会有所改观。

开关坏了，换了新的，现在还没有发现，因为才用了1天。

我问了经销商，他说在上海我是第2次出现开关坏的案例。
另外1次是在56L7上。还算坏的早，能换新的。[s:97]

Thanks, JB. I did some research on the Samsung website. Both the bowing and smudges (or watermarks) are well-recognized problems. The smudges, they say, only exist with TV's manufactured before 2/05. The bowing has a 1/4-inch tolerance spec. Samsung recommends repair of the bow if it execeeds the 1/4-inch spec. They say it is most prevelant in 4:3. I believe it is always there, but is not visible in the larger formats where the edge of the picture is not visible.

I do not have an EW on this, but since it is only 6 weeks old, I believe I can still get it.

I plan on calling Samsung to discuss this with them. I am concerned with the issue of screen replacement in the home and would like to hear thier POV on the issue.

I'll let you know if I learn anything new.

说2005/2以前的机器才有，这个生产日期是国外的不是国内的。因此国内的三星不敢肯定在哪个批号后解决了这个问题。
