符合7个标准才算身体健康

一旦身体不适，很多人就怀疑是不是得了大病，其实，你的身体可能比你想象的更健康。美国福克斯新闻网报道称，如果身体有以下7个表现，就说明它运行还不错。
　　1.相对清澈、充沛的尿液。如果每日小便几次，且尿液呈淡黄色，不浑浊、色暗或者太黄，说明身体的水分充足，而且肾脏健康。如果尿液完全无色， 可能意味着补水过多，或者身体流失了盐分以及电解质。除了尿液的颜色深浅变化外，还要注意气味，呈甜味或者怪味、颜色变红等应引起注意。
　　2.规律排便。如果便中不含血、不太松散又不太硬，且排便时间有规律，能将体内垃圾迅速有效地排出体外，就说明你的饮食中有足够的纤维，消化系统也处于良好状态。
　　3.体重处于正常范围。而且保持大体稳定，也是健康的标志之一，如果体重突然出现大幅波动，或者食量猛增或骤减时，都应引起注意。
　　4.伤口愈合快。小伤口如割伤、擦伤或烧伤，如果能很快愈合，那么祝贺你，你的血液处于健康状态。如果轻轻按压皮肤就有莫名的淤青出现，就该及时就医。
　　5.健康的头发和指甲。皮肤系统(包括头发和指甲)常常能最先提示你是否缺维生素，缺维生素通常表现为指甲脆弱、易变形，头发大量脱落等。健康个体的指甲通常呈粉色、而且坚硬圆润。而皮肤要有弹性，用手按一下，能很快恢复正常。
　　6.女性有规律的经期，男性射精量达一勺。按时到来的经期是证明女性生殖系统健康的最重要指标。健康中年男性每次射精量应为2—5毫升，少于2毫升可能是精子过少症的征兆；健康男性的精液应该呈白色或灰色的黏稠状。精液带血或者太稀，应及时去医院检查。
　　7.不错的睡眠。偶尔睡眠不足或者失眠都是正常的，只要你的睡眠大体有规律而且没有盗汗或多次起夜如厕的情况，那么就基本符合良好睡眠的要求了，如果醒来时感觉精神不错，也是很好的健康信号。(郭静超)
