3. 坛子肉：“坛子肉”是济南名菜，始于清代。据传首先创制该菜的是济南凤集楼饭店，大约在一百多年前，该店厨师用猪肋条肉加调味和香料，放人瓷坛中慢火煨煮而成，色泽红润，汤浓肉烂，肥而不腻，口味清香，人们食后，感到非常适口，该菜由此著名。因肉用瓷坛炖成，故名“坛子肉”。
