AVR didn't respond properly.
Please check connection between the computer and your AVR.
Video subsystem upgrade failed.
To recover, press the Standby/On switch on the front panel to turn AVR into
Standby mode.
Then press the switch again to turn your AVR back On.
Wait at least 30 seconds and then press upgrade to continue.
怎么搞的，有用354升级视频成功的没有？

已经搞定了，vista和win7好像都有问题，在XP下面一次就完成了。

This software update addresses the following issues:

LFE output levels now equal regardless of the input digital source or signal type.
When the input source connection is HDMI™, the surround mode selection will now react to the first button press on the remote.
