东芝电视机的数码盒质量问题我已经说过, 请参见: http://www2.jd-bbs.com/viewthrea ... page%3D2&page=4 网上有文章说, 此元件在用过一两年之后,已陆续进入故障期,坏的高峰时期厂家元件供应都出现困难。故障率差不多100%。电视机出保后的中国用户几乎都是自己花钱换数码盒, 而付费换零件的最短购机时间才一年多.
在国外, 数码盒MDFS03坏了, 无论是否在保修期, 东芝都是免费供应配件, 出保后的电视机, 用户只需要付人工费.

The symptoms shown in your pics look like a faulty "Scan Converter Module MDFS03" Part no 23148027.
Contact the place you bought it if under warranty...or if out of warranty contact Toshiba Customer services and complain (nicely)
In most cases they will supply a new module free of charge but you may have to pay labour/fitting charges to a local engineer.
UPDATE.
I rang Toshiba who have kindly replaced the part free of charge and they gave me the name of a TV repair centre in my area.I contacted the repair centre who confirmed with Toshiba what the problem was and who have now recieved the replacement part.The repair centre ar going to charge me £80 pounds to do the job which I think is reasonable considering they are coming from Poole to Andover.I will post |
