水腐蚀镁棒,很简单的!  楼主怎么拆出来这么多脏水啊?是不是内胆漏了啊?
现在的电热水器不是用这种法兰的了，口很小的都!

哇……储水电热水器拆开后这个样子。我那儿有个天立的60L卧式用了6-7年了还没动过。

仔细看了一下文章，第二篇是一惊一炸式记者文，问题不大。第一篇讲到的镁棒使用缺陷，3、4、5点没遇到，1点要靠定期维护解决，2点较麻烦，但从我拆出的使用3年的电热管来看，表明沉积物不算多。

兄弟，不是内胆漏！用了几年的储水式里面都是这样。那是水垢和镁棒融化物，水加热后会加速水垢沉积的，可以看看家中用的烧水壶。
那个大法兰口是这种热水器的卖点。

第二楼的链接不知看过的人多吗？我觉得是看过最全的热水器使用安全知识。现摘录一些重要部分：
1、重要的安全性说明
Important Safety Instructions

　　小心谨慎：如果热水器长期（2周以上）没有使用，热水管道系统中可能会产生氢气。氢气及其易燃。在这种情况下，为了减少危险，建议在使用任何与热水系统连接的任何电器之前，先打开厨房的热水水龙头几分钟时间。如果有氢气存在，那么当水开始流动时，会有一种像空气穿过管道一样的异常声音。在打开期间，不要在水龙头附近吸烟或点燃明火。
　　CAUTION: Hydrogen gas is produced in a hot water system served by this heater that has not been used for a long period of time (2 weeks or more). Hydrogen is extremely flammable. To reduce the risk of injury under these conditions, it is recommended that the hot water faucet be opened for several minutes at the kitchen sink before using any electrical appliance connected to the hot water system. When hydrogen is present, there will be an unusual sound such as air escaping through the pipe as the water begins to flow. There should be no smoking or open flame near the faucet at the time it is open.

　　Water piping, fittings, and valves must be properly installed for the correct and safe operation of this water heater. Please note the following:

　　不要将用铁管安装热水器。这个系统应该限于采用符合饮用（可以饮用的）水标准的崭新的管道，例如铜管，CPVC，或聚丁烯管。不要采用PVC水管。
　　DO NOT install this water heater with iron piping. The system should be installed only with new piping that is suitable for potable (drinkable) water such as copper, CPVC, or polybutylene. DO NOT use PVC water piping.

　　DO NOT use any pumps, valves, or fittings that are not compatible with potable water.

热水器声音
Water Heater Sounds
　　热水器正常运行期间，可能听到声音或噪音。这种噪音是正常的，可能是由于以下原因造成：
　　During the normal operation of the water heater, sounds or noises may be heard. These noises are common and may result from the following:

在加热或冷却期间，金属配件的正常膨胀和收缩。
Normal expansion and contraction of metal parts during periods of heat-up and cool-down.
内胆底部累积的沉淀物会产生变化不定的噪音，并可能造成内胆过早老化。按照“排水和冲洗”地说明排泄并冲刷内胆。
Sediment buildup in the tank bottom will create varying amounts of noise and may cause premature tank failure. Drain and flush the tank as directed under “Draining and Flushing”.
阳极棒/水的异味
Anode Rod/Water Odor
　　每台热水器都配置至少一根阳极棒，在保护玻璃内衬的内胆免受腐蚀，并延长热水器的寿命过程中，阳极棒也在缓慢的消耗。在某些水环境下，阳极棒和水会发生反应。一旦阳极棒消耗完，热水器将开始被腐蚀，并最终发展成泄漏。
　　Each water heater contains at least one anode rod, which will slowly deplete while protecting the glass-lined tank from corrosion and prolonging the life of the water heater. Certain water conditions will cause a reaction between this rod and the water. Once the anode is depleted, the tank will start to corrode, eventually developing a leak.

　　The most common complaint associated with the anode rod is one of a “rotten egg smell” produced from the presence of hydrogen sulfide gas dissolved in the water. The water supply system may require special filtration equipment from a water conditioning company to successfully eliminate all water odor problems.Do not remove this rod permanently as it will void any warranties, stated or implied.

　　Artificially softened water is exceedingly corrosive because the process substitutes sodium ions for magnesium and calcium ions. The use of a water softener may decrease the life of the water heater tank.

　　每隔3年时间，就要把阳极棒从热水器内胆上拆卸下来进行检查。如果阳极棒消耗超过50%，就应该更换阳极棒。
　　The anode rod should be removed from the water heater tank every 3 years for inspection. If the rod is more than 50% depleted, the anode rod should be replaced.

8、维护保养
MAINTENANCE
排水与冲洗
Draining and Flushing

　　建议每6个月就要将热水器内胆彻底排水和冲洗一次，除去在运行期间可能累积的沉淀物。如果在冰冻季节关闭热水器，则需要将热水器内的水排干。
　　It is recommended that the tank be drained and flushed every 6 months to remove sediment which may buildup during operation. The water heater should also be drained if being shut down during freezing temperatures.

降温减压安全阀
Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve
　　每年至少手动操作降温减压安全阀一次，以确认是否工作正常。为了防止水的破坏，这些阀门必须与排水管道连接，以便能够将水排到适当的排水口。经常清洗出口（排泄水可能是热的），慢慢提起并释放降温减压安全阀上的杠杆手柄，使得阀门能够灵活工作并恢复到关闭位置。如果阀门无法完全重置，并继续释放水，则要立即关闭冷水进口阀门，打电话叫有资格认证的工程师。
　　Manually operate the temperature and pressure relief valve at least once a year to make sure it is working properly. To prevent water damage, the valve must be properly connected to a discharge line which terminates at an adequate drain. Standing clear of the outlet (discharged water may be hot), slowly lift and release the lever handle on the temperature and pressure relief valve to allow the valve to operate freely and return to its closed position. If the valve fails to completely reset and continues to release water, immediately shut off the cold water inlet valve, and call a qualified service technician.
