sony 卡座耳机音量电位器代换求助

最近日亚海淘了台sony TC-R502,机芯打理完，基本正常，就是耳机音量电位器老化，调整音量时的噪音不能忍，

查了一下电路，是alps 09型20K可调电位器，某宝上只找到了50K 和10K的，我想问一下各位卡友，可以用10K的直接替换吗？

用酒精洗一下。再用凡氏淋油涂一下，如果滑道伤了。把触片向旁边掰一下。

音量阻值用偏小的，最小音量还是很大声，不好用。用偏大的，音量打到中间才有声音，凑合能用。

用50K的代换，再在滑臂和地端并联一个电阻，阻值18K，应该可以了吧？
