This is my first time writing a movie review so ill keep it simple. This movie is a true,complete masterpiece. In my opinion, it is better than the Lord of the Rings trilogy (it is based on the producers of that movie but a much better movie). This movie, if possible, DESERVES to be the #1 highest rated movie on IMDb. I've read the book and mostly the movie is very similar to the book. It's that good that it even deserves to be seen the first day the movie comes out on December 14th and be watched in theaters over and over again. thats how good the movie is. I highly recommend seeing this movie to anyone. I cannot wait until December 14th to go see it and so should you. :)

这是本屌第一次写影评，所以尽量简单点。这片TM是杰作。本屌认为，比指环王三部曲还要好（同样的团队拍出了更好的电影）。这片，如果可能的话，应该被评为IMDB最高分的影片。我看过原著，电影基本上跟原著是一样的。这片好得让你在首映第一天就去看，然后继续反复看了又看。这片子就是好到这程度。本屌等不及到12月14号去二刷了，你也应该这样做！另外一个IMDB的评论，不知道这个用户靠不靠谱
Nothing short of a masterpiece., 1 December 2012

Best of the best. Pete has crafted a masterpiece. I should say at this point, I am a new fan of LOTR movies after seeing this movie. My friends and family always told me I should watch the previous 3 films and now i cant wait to sit down with a bowl of popcorn and witness the magnificent scale and perfect execution that The Hobbit: an Unexpected Journey brought to all 5 senses of mine. Maybe I could count The Hobbit in as a SIXTH sense. It was just THAT good.
First of all, the 48fps was just beautifully sharp and clean to the eyes. It was a touch of technological wizardry by Jackson, and it worked perfectly, allowing the viewer to feel as he/she were a spying picture frame on Bilbo's fireplace, or a pine tree looking over a cliff and down at Rivendell. It seems far fetched, but lets just say I forgot I was watching a movie, and you can experience for yourself, what I mean.
The execution was fabulous as well; the pacing, the shot angles, the acting, the script, and so much more. The score by Howard Shore was so clever and is sure to put a smile on your face. The WHOLE movie will put a smile on your face. The Hobbit will remind you that you can do great things, no matter how small.

最好当中的最好。PJ创作了杰作。在看了雷比特：意外旅程之后，我立马成了指环王电影的新粉丝。我的基友和家人总是让我看指环王3部曲，现在我等不及捧着爆米花来体验它给我带来的全方位五个感官的享受。雷比特是第六感。它就是这么好。（这一段看的不是很懂）
首先，我大48帧唯美清晰。PJ魔术般地展现了这科技的触感，很奏效。它让观众感觉自己像一帧偷看出去的画面，在逼尔勃的壁炉边，或者是一颗远眺瑞文戴尔峡谷的一颗松树。这样说有点牵强，但我只能说我忘记了我在看电影，我像真正在经历着，你懂我的意思吗。
影片制作也很神。节奏，拍摄角度，表演，剧本。。。。。 霍华德肖的配乐很有灵气，它一定会让你会心一笑。整个片子都会让你会心一笑。
看完雷比特人会让你觉得自己也能干一番大事，无论你多么渺小。

发现日本影迷讲话不讲什么逻辑，想到哪儿讲到哪儿
要说托尔金这个宏大的故事确立了我一个书迷同时又是一个影迷的身份，真是一点儿也不为过
《指环王》的前传《霍比特人》的电影化从决定制作，到制作的实际执行，真是一波三折。
最后还是由PJ导演来指导真是让人松了口气。接下来的故事还很长。
我之前想过这个问题，在原作中没有登场的伊利亚伍德为什么会出现在电影中呢？
这部电影，以与《指环王》的开场接续的场景开始，然后进入回忆。
原作是《霍比特人》在前，这个场景当然不会出现，但是还是有很强的代入感。
这个作品也是三部曲，先看这个再看指环王，能够了解故事的关联也许会非常有趣。

前作中的音乐时不时的响起，让我禁不住老泪纵横。
霍比特人的村落冷不防地出现在画面中真令人怀念。因为那个故事的开始（指的应该是指环王）是从比尔博准备生日宴会开始的。我的脑海里再一次显现了那个波澜壮阔的冒险回忆，真是感触良多。真想再一次看看那个不谙世事的，身无重负的，幸福快乐的弗罗多。
接下来就进入了比尔博撰写的那个“归去来物语”的世界。。。
电影即将大规模放映了，所以我不太剧透太多。
既然决定把一部变成三部，那么故事在哪里中断又如何添加内容呢？
正想着会不会有我最喜欢的大雕展翅的场景，栩栩如生的大雕就映入眼帘了~
从我明白“关键的序曲已经拉响”到它们显身真是漫长啊~
伴随着中间激动人心的故事，我心里不断嘀咕着就要来了！就要来了！
矮人们，充满了男子气概，令人钦佩。相貌暂且不论，从他们的坚韧不拔，对伙伴的不离不弃，和他们的骨气，几乎和吉姆利和莱格拉斯不相上下。想想当时吉姆利是多么不耻被被阿拉贡扔出去，多么遗憾自己的士兵无法参加战斗，你就明白了。
在茜玛丽尔的世界里，矮人并不是被这个世界上唯一的的神Eru所创造的生物对吧？
最初，最接近Eru地位的Ainur听闻Eru要造人，就开始想象人类的模样，他迫不及待地用土来尝试造人，结果创造了矮人。
矮人这种生物真是颇有意思。
然后就是，与甘道夫再会的艾龙德大人非常欢乐，看到这一段很是新鲜。
他比《指环王》时还要年轻60岁，不过按他的年龄来说多少有些微不足道。果然是还没被黑暗的实力威胁的和平年代啊。
第2部里少不了黑暗森林的部分，莱格拉斯也会出场吧？
第3部里会有人类的国王和多拉贡的战斗部分？
呜呼哀咋，真是不枉此生！
总之，公开放映后一定再刷一遍！
预售票已经买了两张，不过最后绝不是仅此而已。不看后悔的杰作！PJ=天神！

昨晚在东宝的六本木看了霍比特淫的日本付费试映会。这是部至高无上的杰作！故事毫无尿点。霍比特淫的世界不可思议，美不胜收，让人心惊肉跳的冒险经历~欢乐指数爆表~
在球幕影院见过真实48帧，不过是2D的。
感觉就是。。。你感觉不到幕布的存在，或是说是透明的，让你感觉不是在看电影，真实的物体就在你眼前。。。
要是霍比特也是这样的话那就真的是一个划时代电影了

Wow. Just wow. What an excellent movie! It's strange that Peter Jackson is still making LOTR movies, because he originally wanted to let Guilermo del Toro be the director, but man, am I glad he did not! The special effects are, logically, remarkably better than the ones used in the sequels! My compliments to the entire special effects department with in particular Sean Douglas Brennan, Karl Chisholm and Eric Cotton. The acting is great, Martin Freeman puts down an instant-classic performance of Bilbo. My personal favourite and in my opinion underrated actor is Andy Serkis, aka Smeágol / Gollum, has done once again an incredible motion-capturing job (check You...Tube), and I hope that he now gets the fame he deserves. Hell, I can go on like this for ages. The plot is great, the humor is great, and the special effects and acting are fantastic! If you haven't seen this picture yet, shame on you! Go now! pj没有让 Guilermo del Toro做导演实在是太好了，特效都做得明显比三部曲的好，很感谢特放部门，还有演技都太赞了，Martin Freeman演活了bilbo这个经典的角色，我希望他现在就能得到他应得的赞赏。而我最喜欢的演员是演Gollum的Andy Serkis，他又一次完成了完美的活动拍摄。噢,我以后都爱死这集作了，故事很幽默，特放和演技都妙极了!如果你还没看这电影，实在是太可惜了，现在就去看!

More like ROTK than FOTR...
According to a friend who was at the premiere. That surprised me a bit because for no real reason I just thought that AUJ would be more like FOTR.
He said he had just watched the LOTR trilogy the weekend before (geek :) ) and the first Hobbit felt like it was shot in the style of ROTK...in a very good way and even better it just felt right... like he was back in the Middle Earth he loved.
He said the only complaint was now he had seen HFR 3D he never wanted to see a movie any other way.
