SONY DD带铁片的大齿轮配件，还给配几个螺丝

这位欧洲斯洛伐克的老外50多岁了，几年前曾在论坛提到了大齿轮制作过程中，他找过中国的模具还是齿轮加工商，相信不少朋友认识他。他还有DD机维修指南的文章，五六页内容，展示的工作台很漂亮。

我希望我能完成这个项目。

我就读于技术工程学校，然后是技术大学（无线电电子学），现在我担任计算机专家和 Java 开发人员。
我拥有准备技术图纸、进行 CAD 设计等的所有技能。

该设计将包括一个齿轮、两个环和三个螺钉。这些硬脑膜环和螺钉将用于将齿轮固定到金属盘上。

@tomtom87我对 2 种类型的装备有类似的经验。设计与原版相似的 ebay 在功能方面要好一些。

但是，我更关心长期可靠性，因为齿轮很可能是由 POM 制成的。
我对阅读本文的人的建议如下：
- 当机械装置的对齐完美时，使用玛丽安的装备（根据我的经验，这将是大多数时候）;
- 当爪式总成卷轴损坏并修复后，请使用 ebay 卷轴，以防不刮擦就无法让 FF 工作;

如果玛丽安的那个是完美的圆形，那么它在所有情况下都是理想的，但事实并非如此。它有一点横向摆动，再加上齿轮
比原来的更薄，并且在某些情况下，微小的错位会导致 FF 刮擦（这种情况很少见）。
这可能与制造过程有关，因为齿轮冷却不均匀。

I hope I can finish this project.

I studied technical engineering school, then I Technical University (Radioelectronics) and now I work as computer specialist and java developer.
I have all skills to prepare technical drawings, doing CAD designs, etc.

The design will consist of one gear and two rings and three screws. These dural rings and screws will be used to fix the gear to the metal disc.

Now, it is necessary to have 1:1 prototype done and tested. If all is OK, then I can order model production and then final mass production of plastic gear. Together with my friend Philip, we're working on it. He's searching for producers in US and I'm searching in China.

It would be fine to sell this self-repair kit for acceptable price so that it would be available for everyone.

Brass material isn't the best for this design. It wears quickly and it would wear all adjacent plastic parts. I will reopen my WM-D3 and see what damage it did.

@tomtom87 I have similar experience regarding the 2 types of gear. The ebay one with design similar to original is a little better in regard to functionality.
That is when installed correctly, I have seen ones that have been bent during installation and I had to replace it again.

However, I am more concerned with the long-term reliability, given it's likely the gear is made of POM.
My recommendation for people reading this is the following:
- when the alignement of the mechanism is perfect, use Marian's gear (which will be most of the time in my experience);
- when the claw assy reel has been broken and repaired, use the ebay one in case you can't get FF to work without scraping;

Marian's one would be ideal in all scenarios if it was perfectly round, which it's not. It has a little bit of a lateral wobble, which combined to the fact that gear is
thinner than original and a tiny misalignemnt will cause FF scraping in some situations (which are rare).
Probably this has somthing to do with the manufacturing process, as the gear does not cool down evenly.
