求救帮忙分析夏普 52lx960刚买回来就烧坏功放HDMI输出口、hdmi分配器的HDMI

十月底购买了夏普52LX960
效果没得说
用了一周，给ipad充电的时候，lighting充电头跟电视底座接触了一下，顿时火花四射
电视底座金属镀膜也有一个指甲盖大小区域完全被烧脱落，露出来里面塑料支架
之后功放的hdmi输出挂了，但是功放还是能正确解码声道
当时功放HDMI输出后通过分配器分别显示给电视和电脑显示器
在此次HDMI分配器也被烧了
又重新购买HDMI分配器
因为功放HDMI输出坏了
新分配器只能在电脑hdmi输出后连接分配器一分二，一路分给功放解码声道，一路给电视显示画面
有个问题就是这样连接播放蓝光原盘还好
播放普通的一些MKV文件，音轨是普通杜比或者DTS需要把电视音量关最小
否则音响和电视喇叭会同时出声
新的分配器用了不到一周，又被烧坏
售后来查，发现是插座火线零线被接反了
但是我认为不是主要原因
我朋友说那次漏电才是主要问题，火花四射说明底座金属镀膜跟机器内部有电路通路
否则不会出现平板充电头跟底座金属镀膜一接触还有火花。
在这里求救广大网友，分析可能造成这样后果的原因
目前电视的所有功能一切正常，但是我不敢接xbox到电视，担心再次烧坏游戏机HDMI输出

即使接反了……你问问售后，怎么区分电视插头的零线 和 火线 是哪个…………哈哈哈 直流电电视吗

因为我买的也是LX960A，…… 外面的金属壳有点漏电，属于静电。
静电电势比较高，放电的时候带火花。

lz可以把脸贴近金属边……啪啪的放电。
算了 还是用手背吧，哈哈哈

你们不懂的就不要乱说了，现在买次世代功放的说明书上都明确写有一条：禁止带电插拨HDMI线！而且卖家会在网页上注明HDMI线输出输入插头损坏不保！因为绝大多数用户的各个机器的hdmi线的电位不一致，存在电位差，带电插拨十有八九损坏hdmi接口导致无音频及图像输出！这样的例子太多了。正确的做法是要插拨hdmi线时相连的两部机器都要断电再插拨！
