秋冬是进补的季节了，羊肉已经开始大面积铺货了！也不是所有人喜欢羊肉的气味，今天就教大家一些简单的方法，让羊肉更好吃点

1.把羊肉用清水煮熟后再烹调，可以最大限度降低膻味，一般酒店的烧羊肉都是这么处理的，记住一定把羊脂肪给去掉
2.羊肉想烧的很入味，有大厨的味道，直接用鱼汤烧，鱼羊鲜，就是这个道理
3.喜欢味道清淡的朋友，在家买点青岛啤酒，洋葱切丝，胡萝卜切小块，加清水煮过羊肉一起清炖

家里有条件的，想做烤羊排
1.羊肉清水煮熟，在用牛排锅烙上条纹，让肉上的脂肪散发出香味
2.汁，洋葱，西芹，胡萝卜，羊脂肪，红酒，少许迷迭香，慢慢浓缩成汁，最后过滤，汁里加少许面粉搅拌，增加浓度，就好了

配菜，摆盘自由发挥，简单的家庭羊排搞定，比很多西餐店做的都好
